Dog daycare & grooming · Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Brindle Dog Club
A warm, characterful site for a small-group dog daycare and groomers. Owners plan their dog’s week and see the monthly price straight away, build a groom with a fixed price, and watch a demo of the photo updates they’d get every day.

The brief
A dog daycare site that plans and prices a dog’s week in seconds.
Choosing daycare is an emotional decision. Owners worry about crowded groups, hidden costs and not knowing how their dog is getting on all day. A small, well-run daycare needed to show it was the opposite of that, and make the first step (a free settle-in session) feel easy.
The approach
- 01
Told the home page as “a day at Brindle”: time-stamped chapters from the 7:45 bus pick-up to home time, so owners can picture their dog’s day.
- 02
Built a week planner into the top of the page: tap the days, add the bus or a second dog, and the monthly price, saving and holiday weeks update instantly, then it becomes the booking form.
- 03
Made grooming prices fixed and visible with a two-question groom builder, answering the biggest complaint about groomers: the price changing at collection.
- 04
Created “Pupdates”, a live demo of the photo updates owners receive through the day, to show the care rather than just claim it.
- 05
Gave it a personality of its own: deep plum and apricot, a brindle-stripe logo, polaroid reviews and a café-style price board.
